BioMARatona is a citizen science event in which the general public, at an individual level or through groups or associations, is invited to contribute to science with biodiversity observations.
However, it is also an adventure for the whole family!<\/p>\n
During the BioMARatona, the CoastalWarming group of scientists\/researchers organizes activities open to everyone in which we guide the public through coastal biodiversity in northern Portugal. Become a scientist for a few hours and come find and identify different living beings in the rocks of the intertidal zone and contribute to a citizen science project.<\/p>\n
Led by scientists from CIBIO-InBio\/BIOPOLIS, in Vair\u00e3o, the BioMarathon will take place from May 3 (first weekend of May) to October 15.<\/p>\n
